On this great holiday that we celebrate today, I thought it made sense to highlight the top job boards that are dedicated to diversity hiring. This is a fast growing segment of the niche job board field, it seems like new boards are popping up almost daily. Many of these boards are trying to become what I call “sub specialty” boards by focusing on diversity in a particular industry. For example, PharmaDiversityJobBoard.com. I am going to focus on the top general diversity job boards.
The top two general diversity job boards (this is my opinion) are
DiversityJobs.com
and
HireDiversity.com
Both of these sites get an enormous amount of traffic, close to 100,000 unique visitors per month, with HireDiversity.com getting slightly more visitors per month. I recommend checking out both sites as there are major differences and usually completely different jobs.
