Interview Question -”Tell me about a time when you had to sort out a difficult problem”
Sample Answer- Several of my top clients were becoming angry due to late deliveries. I met with the head of the delivery department to discuss the situation. We were able to examine the current process and I offered some suggestions on improvements. Together we implemented a new system to eliminate the problem. The system worked very well and my clients received their products on time. In fact,the system is currently being implemented in the west coast location.
This answer is concise and follows the STAR formula. The employer is looking to find out if you can analyze a problem, gather information and implement solutions.
